For SEO agencies

Bulk image metadata for every client, at agency scale.

Tag a 500-image product catalog with IPTC keywords in 60 seconds. Save per-client presets. Hit the API from your own pipeline. Your clients' files never upload to a third party.

The agency problem

Image SEO at scale is broken

  • 5+ clients, 5+ keyword strategies. Adobe Bridge saves presets, but switching across client accounts is slow.
  • 500-photo catalog refreshes. Manually re-typing IPTC fields per photo is impossible to scale to a team.
  • Client privacy is sensitive. Uploading client files to a third-party server is a contractual problem.
  • No API. Most metadata tools have no programmatic access — they can't plug into your existing SEO automation.

The MediaMeta workflow

One tool, 100 clients

  • Saved per-client presets. Switch between “Acme E-commerce” and “Beta Brand” in a dropdown.
  • 20 files per batch, unlimited batches. Process a 500-image catalog in 25 batches.
  • Browser-only. Client files stay on your team's laptops — no third-party server involvement.
  • REST API for automation. Plug into your existing image pipeline. Cron, CI, custom scripts.

Agency workflows MediaMeta is built for

The four scenarios that come up week after week in agency engagements.

🛒

E-commerce catalog metadata audit

Inherit a Shopify store with 800 product photos and no IPTC keywords. Set the client's brand keywords + copyright + artist defaults once. Drop the catalog. Process in 40 minutes flat. Re-upload to Shopify CDN.

📰

Publisher image library audit

A news site has 5,000 stock photos with inconsistent attribution. Use the metadata viewer to inspect a sample, then bulk-fix copyright and credit fields across the whole library via the API.

🏠

Real estate listing prep

A real estate client uploads 200 photos per listing across 20 listings/month. Strip GPS (privacy), inject agent + brokerage copyright, add neighborhood keywords. Workflow ships in one Pro account.

🎓

University DAM cleanup

A university has 10,000 PDFs and images across departments with no consistent metadata. Use the bulk editor + viewer to audit, fix, and verify whole archives by department, with audit log via the Team plan.

Agency FAQs

How do agencies typically use MediaMeta?
Most agencies set up per-client default templates — copyright, artist (the client's brand), and base keywords matching the client's vertical. They drop a folder of client images, customize Title and Description per file, and download a ZIP ready to upload to the client's CMS or DAM. Pro and Team plans add saved presets, API keys, and shared team accounts.
Does MediaMeta have a white-label option?
Not currently. Agencies use MediaMeta directly with their clients or as an internal workflow tool. White-label and embed options are on the roadmap — contact us if this is critical for your engagement.
Can we use the API in our SEO automation pipeline?
Yes. Pro and Team plans include API keys for programmatic metadata injection. Hit /api/v1/process with file + metadata to get the processed file back. Same engine the web app uses, scriptable from cron, GitHub Actions, or any tool that can POST multipart form data.
Do you offer agency or volume pricing?
The Team plan ($49/month) covers 5 seats with shared presets and audit log. For larger agencies (10+ seats) contact us for custom pricing.

Ready to test it with a client?

The free plan handles up to 10 files/day per account — enough to test the workflow on a real client batch before upgrading.
